CTI has been certified to provide Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) waiver services since 2014 under the Community Integration Habilitation (CIH) and Family Supports Waiver (FSW). We support individuals and families with a full range of home and community-based services.

Full-Time Care
Structured Family Caregiving
A live-in family member receives a daily tax-free stipend for providing full-time care. Monthly RN oversight. Clinical support included. 65% caregiver passthrough — exceeds state minimum.

Part-Time Flexible
PAC — Participant Assistance & Care
Part-time, flexible in-home support under CIH and FSW waivers. Family members can often serve as caregivers. The easiest entry point into CTI's care system.

Day Program
Adult Day Program
Structured Mon–Fri programming 10am–3pm. CTI provides transportation. Community outings, ISP goal integration, CQL-reviewed quality. No SFC competitor can match this.

Early Intervention
Indiana First Steps
Certified EISS provider for children birth through 2 years 11 months. Speech, OT, PT, developmental therapy, service coordination. Free evaluation. No physician referral needed.
