CTI's Adult Day Program provides structured Mon–Fri programming with CTI-provided transportation, community outings, and ISP-integrated activities. CQL-reviewed quality. The only service type no SFC-only competitor can offer.

Transportation Included — CTI Picks Up & Drops Off
CTI provides transportation to and from the program every day, plus community outings — parks, malls, zoos, comedy clubs, and more. All drivers licensed, insured, and trained per 460 IAC. No separate transportation needed.
- Monday–Friday, 10am–3pm
- 4:1 group ratio (FHG4) or 1:1 individual (FH1O)
- CQL QOPR reviewed — All indicators "Achieved"
- HCBS Settings Certification completed
- ISP goals integrated into daily programming
- CTI-provided accessible transportation
- CIH, FSW, H&W, PathWays, TBI waivers
- Combine with SFC or PAC — one provider
