SFC is a Medicaid-funded program allowing a qualified caregiver — often a family member — to receive a daily tax-free stipend for providing full-time care to an eligible individual in the same home. CTI supports caregivers with monthly RN visits, monthly care manager visits, and documentation coaching.
Yes — Indiana Medicaid allows you to change providers at any time. CTI coordinates the transfer with your case manager, handles all paperwork, and works to ensure no disruption to services or payment during the transition.
CTI is certified for CIH Waiver, Family Supports Waiver, Health & Wellness Waiver, PathWays for Aging, TBI Waiver, and Money Follows the Person programs. CTI is also a certified Indiana First Steps provider. MCE approvals: Humana, Anthem, and UnitedHealthcare.

CTI pays 65% of the state-approved daily rate: Level 1 $77.54/day, Level 2 $99.71/day, Level 3 $133.44/day. Payments are issued on the 5th business day of each payment cycle. Stipends are generally non-taxable under IRS Section 131. CTI exceeds Indiana’s required 60% minimum.
Yes. CTI provides transportation to and from the program every session, plus community outings. All drivers are licensed, insured, and trained per CTI Policy 2.8 and 460 IAC guidelines.
Indiana First Steps is the state’s early intervention program for children birth through age 2 years, 11 months. CTI is a certified EISS provider offering speech therapy, OT, PT, developmental therapy, and service coordination. No physician referral needed. Evaluations are free. Referrals: 1-800-441-7837.
