Why Families & Referral Partners Choose CTI
There are many HCBS waiver providers in Indiana. CTI is not the loudest, and we don't compete on payout percentages alone. We compete on what actually protects families, caregivers, and the individuals we serve — clinical structure, operational reliability, and a genuine long-term relationship.
CTI holds the CQL Person-Centered Excellence accreditation — Indiana's field standard for quality in disability services — with five-star ratings across all five domains: person-centered care, rights and dignity, community inclusion, health and wellness, and staff engagement. This isn't self-reported. It's independently reviewed and publicly verified.
Indiana requires a minimum of 2 nursing visits per quarter for SFC participants. CTI provides one every single month — someone from CTI's clinical team is in your home 12 times per year, not 4. That clinical presence protects your loved one, supports your documentation, and catches issues before they become crises.
CTI serves individuals from birth through adulthood. Indiana First Steps for children under 3. PAC and SFC for those needing part-time or full-time caregiver support. Adult Day programming for structure and community integration. Most providers serve one stage. CTI serves them all — meaning your family never has to start over with a new organization as needs change.
CTI processes all SFC caregiver ACH payments on the 5th business day of every payment cycle without exception. Documentation is reviewed monthly so issues are identified before they affect your check. In 2025 CTI processed over $3.18M in caregiver payments.
CTI provides every caregiver with a dedicated SFC Care Manager, monthly home visits, Therap documentation support, and direct access to a Wellness Coordination Nurse. We are not a pass-through organization. We are the support system behind the caregiver.
CTI has operated continuously since 2013 with the same leadership, the same mission, and the same commitment to person-centered care. We are a locally led, community-rooted organization — not a national chain or a venture-backed startup.
